Double Diamond Tack
is in need of photos to use in their advertising.
We are asking YOU to search through your computers and
scrapbooks for photos they can use.
Every month a photo will be chosen to
be used in future ads.
A $25.00 gift certificate for Double Diamond's Tack store
will be given to each monthly winner. Winning photos
will be displayed for one month on the home page of Double
Diamond's Tack store as well.
Photos will accumulate each month and will not be discarded.
If your photo is not chosen this month it will remain in the
pool and may be chosen the following month. There is no
need to resubmit
There is no theme , however NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS will be
allowed and will be deleted upon submission. Candid
shots are best, but we will consider all photos that meet
the guidelines.
The main subject of the photo must be one of the following:
Horses, donkeys, alpacas, and llamas.
We reserve the
right to add or delete subjects from this category as
needed.
Winning photos will remain the property of the submitter,
but will be allowed to be used in future advertising with
photo credit given (Farm name and location).
Double Diamond
reserves the right to modify or change the prizes in this
contest
and to end the contest at any time.

RULES:
1. A maximum of three images may be
entered by each contestant each month.
All entries must be sent electronically via
email. You must also submit a signed entry form to
accompany your image. This may be sent by

2. Entries
Must Be Sent by Electronic Means:
Photographs should be sent as follows:
Your images should be sized to approximately 1200X800 pixels
or less, and saved as Jpg's. Be sure to send your picture
as an attachment, not inside your message as this converts
it to a bmp file. Your submission will not be accepted
unless this is done correctly. Please check your email
software documentation or system administrator if you do not
know how to do this.

have DD Photo Contest in the subject field. Otherwise, our
spam filter may delete your entry.
3. You must submit a signed entry form via postal service
or email to participate. If you do not attach the
submission form directly to the same email as your entries,
you must let us know how you will be getting the submission
form to us. Photos will NOT be considered until a
signed form is received by each entrant.
4. Only one form is required per entrant, not per
photo. However the same rules apply to each photo
entered.
5. Entries will be judged for content, composition, image
quality, and relevance to future use.
6. All decisions by the judges will be final.
7. You may only win once in a three month period.
This does not mean you may not participate, you still may be
chosen as an honorable mention. But you will not be chosen
as the grand prize winner more than once in a three month
period.
8. Professional photos and entries by professional
photographers will not be allowed.
