This Mare Stare, LLC Agreement for Recurring Payments ("Agreement") is a contract between you, the "customer" and Mare Stare, LLC, and applies to your use of the Recurring Payments services offered with Mare Stare, LLC. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. By using this Recurring Payments Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Agreement. This Agreement applies in addition to the Mare Stare User Agreement and any other agreements to which you have entered into with Mare Stare, LLC. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.
The Recurring Payments Services enable Mare Stare to provide its customers with the ability to sign up for recurring payments for the period of time you need their services. This will allow you with the benefit of uninterrupted services by keeping your account current at all times with Mare Stare. However, should the account fail to cover a payment and your account becomes delinquent, your services with Mare Stare will be terminated without warning. If you use this Recurring Payment service, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement..
You will be charged a recurring fee based upon the service plan you choose. This payment will continue to be deducted from the source you designate until you cancel the subscription. Mare Stare, LLC has no ability to alter your payment method. All changes and cancellations must be made by you.
All subscriptions are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to notify Mare Stare and to cancel your subscription at the time you are through with the service. We have no way to know when you are through with your Mare Stare Services and we will not stop a service until we are told to do so, or if non-payment occurs.
You may terminate your use of services with Mare Stare at any time. In such event, your cam services will end on the last day of your billing cycle. No refunds will be exchanged for unused portions of subscriptions.
Mare Stare reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if you breach the terms of this Agreement, the User Agreement or any other agreement into which you have entered with Mare Stare, LLC. In the event that Mare Stare terminates your use of the their services, you will not be refunded the remainder of any fees that you have paid to Mare Stare.
All disputes should be handled through Mare Stare. If you take it upon yourself to dispute a payment through your bank, credit/debit card provider or PayPal, your services with Mare Stare will be terminated, your account deleted and future services through Mare Stare will be denied.
